I’m sure you’re curious to know more about me—or maybe you’re not and just happened to stumble across my blog. Either way, my name is Michelle, and I’m a twenty-nine-year-old gal based in Maryland. I started food blogging in 2017 when my dad (Papamunches) was first diagnosed with cancer, and I needed something to keep myself occupied. Several years later, I now consider myself a content creator primarily in the food and beverage industry within the DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area.
A little more about me? You can usually catch me zipping around the DMV—likely eating and capturing content at a local restaurant with good company, or checking out the next cozy café on my list. Outside of food, I enjoy binge-watching shows and movies, exploring new adventures, and spending time with my dogs, Dumpling and Lucky, as well as my friends and family. Some of my favorite shows include NCIS, Bob’s Burgers, 9-1-1, and Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Fun fact: you’ll find me most prominently on Instagram and/or Tik Tok, and I’m also a proud alumna of the Delta Phi Epsilon sorority!
In the almost thirty-some years I’ve lived, I’ve learned a lot—and I’m still learning every day. The purpose of this blog is to share my food adventures, my favorite new finds, and the occasional life update. So follow along on this journey!
“It’s the oldest story in the world. One day you’re seventeen and planning for someday. And then quietly and without you ever really noticing, someday is today. And that someday is yesterday. And this is your life.”
