Corn Poblano Chowder: This product is really great for those meals when you’re in a bind for time and need a quick meal. It’s super easy. I really appreciate how easy they made this box to open. You literally rip the top and squeeze! Then, it’s so simple to cook! You literally just bring it to a boil on the stove top and it’s ready! Literally took me like maybe 5-10 mins MAX! It was so delicious, but it wasn’t very spicy. I’m not sure if that may vary from box to box depending on the poblano pepper, but it was a great chipotle flavor. I think it would also be really great with some tortilla chips as well!

Limone Alfredo Sauce: I used this to make chicken alfredo spaghetti squash and this sauce is AMAZING. I love alfredo and this did not disappoint. I will say it is heavy on the dairy side, so if you are very lactose intolerant like me, I will will warn you that your tummy will definitely feel it afterwards. Otherwise, it’s amazing. It doesn’t have a huge lemon flavor, it is faint, but I actually preferred it like that.

Raw Almond Butter: I am currently obsessed with almond butter after trying the other one from Trader Joes as well. I have had the creamy one with no salt added, which was delicious. But this one y’all, really knocks that one out of the park. It has a slight smoky, sweet hint that I really just can’t explain because it’s not quite smoky, but trust me. This is definitely the best one I’ve had yet!

Organic Chili Seasoning Blend: I was so happy to find this because it makes making tacos a breeze! I love that the ingredients are minimalistic and I know exactly what is in it and it tastes amazing.

Everything but the Elote Seasoning: Y’ALL. This may be the best seasoning Trader Joes has come out with yet! It is so flavorful and delicious! I added it to some tilapia and holy wow! It was the best thing I’ve eaten in a while. I will definitely add this to everything: popcorn, potatoes, veggies. I highly recommend this!

Balsamic Glaze: If you know me, you know that one of my favorite appetizers to get out at a restaurant is roasted brussel sprouts. I went to Red Red Wine Bar in downtown Annapolis for Happy Hour with a few friends a few months ago and ordered that. They had it with brussel sprouts and carrots with balsamic drizzle on top and it was the best thing I’ve ever had. I had been craving it, so I got this and recreated it at home with this glaze. Tasted exactly the same! Highly recommend this as well if you enjoy that.

Roasted Garlic Marinara: If you know me, you also know that I’m not the biggest fan of marinara sauce. I just prefer pesto or alfredo, but I like to have a jar or two around the house for when I want to eat pizza or I’m cooking for others. I got this to make pasta for my family and it was actually really tasty and would also be amazing on a pizza!
