Hawaiian Mac Salad

Ingredients:
- 1/2 carton of half & half
- 1 – 2lb box of elbow macaroni
- 1/4 of an onion GRATED, 1/2 of an onion finely chopped
- 1 carrot grated
- 2 celery ribs finely chopped
- 1 tub of mayonaise
- 5 green onions
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Let me preface this by saying I made this batch for a party I was going to and it turned out to make A LOT. So, I would only recommend to use this recipe for large parties. Otherwise, I would definitely cut it in half!
Lets get cooking:
1. Cook pasta according to package.
2. Chop up green onions and celery
3. Grate carrot and 1/4 onion
4. Chop 1/2 onion finely
5. Mix all ingredients together
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste! Paprika would also be delicious in this as well!

*In case you’re wondering, these are the meatless chicken nuggets from Aldi’s*
Seafood Mac Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 box of tri-color bowties
- 1 celery ribs finely chopped
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1 can of sweet corn
- 1 package of crab classic (chunk style) [*make sure it is chunk or else it will fall apart when mixing*]
- 1/2 tub of real mayonaise
This definitely made enough for my family of three plus 2-3 days lunches!
Lets get cooking:
1. Cook pasta according to package
2. Chop celery, yellow pepper, onion
3. Mix all ingredients together
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, again paprika would probably be amazing! Also, I think furikake would probably a great addition as well!

*If I were to make this again, for aesthetics, I would say use a plain pasta like elbow to avoid the green color from the spinach in the tri-color blend*
