I’ve been to Disney enough times to narrow down my favorite tried-and-true bites and sips. The best part? You can find all of these at quick-service locations—no reservations required!
Bites
Magic Kingdom | Tomorrowland | The Lunching Pad
Cream Cheese Pretzel
Warm Stuffed Pretzel filled with Sweet Cream Cheese

If I’m starting my day at Magic Kingdom, you can bet this is my go-to breakfast. It’s warm, soft, and the slightly sweet cream cheese pairs perfectly with the savory pretzel. Plus, it’s surprisingly filling—definitely enough to hold you over until lunchtime rolls around!
Animal Kingdom | Discovery Island | The Smiling Crocodile
Pulled Pork Cheese Arepa
Pulled Pork, Queso Fresco, and Salsa Verde served with Plantain Chips

This is a brand-new item at Animal Kingdom, and it’s so good. You get a hearty stuffed arepa plus a side of plantain chips. I tried the pulled pork version, and it’s incredibly flavorful—the arepa is grilled on top of melty cheese, and the savory pork with the salsa verde comes together for the perfect bite.
Magic Kingdom | Adventureland | Spring Roll Cart
Pepperoni Pizza Spring Rolls

These are the ultimate midday snack. They do have a cheeseburger version too, but the pepperoni pizza ones are my absolute favorite. They come out piping hot every time, stuffed with gooey, melty cheese and savory pepperoni—basically comfort food perfection in every bite.
Disney Springs | Everglazed
Purple Glazed Ube Donut

If I’m starting my day at Disney Springs, a stop at Everglazed is non-negotiable—and I’m always grabbing the purple glazed ube donut. I love anything ube, so if it’s on the menu, I’m trying it. The best part? It’s vegan, but you’d never know because it’s that good. It tastes just like a classic donut: fluffy, perfectly sweet, with a subtle vanilla flavor that makes it totally irresistible.
Any Park | Typically at a Snack Cart
Mickey Ice Cream Sandwich

A total classic. I love a good Mickey ice cream sandwich—there’s just something so nostalgic about it. Maybe it’s the Mickey shape and that iconic face, but it somehow tastes 10 times better at Disney. It’s simple, sweet, and honestly the perfect treat in my book.
Hollywood Studios | Commissary Lane | ABC Commissary
Shrimp Tacos
Sautéed Shrimp on Flour Tortillas topped with Cabbage Slaw, Chipotle Mayonnaise, and Mango Salsa served with Mexican Rice and Pork Black Beans topped with Queso Fresco

In my opinion, this is the perfect lunch—light, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The shrimp is generously seasoned and topped with pico for a burst of freshness, while the chipotle mayo adds just the right amount of kick. Served with rice and beans, it’s a satisfying and filling meal that hits.
Magic Kingdom | Adventureland | Aloha Isle
Coconut Soft Serve

Pictured is a coconut soft serve and pineapple Dole Whip swirl—but you can also order just the coconut soft serve in a cup, which is actually how I usually get it. It’s not listed on the menu, so you’ll need to ask, but they can do it! If you’re a coconut lover, this one’s for you. It’s creamy, perfectly coconut-y, not overly sweet, and the ideal treat on a sweltering Florida day.
Sips
Magic Kingdom | Tomorrowland | Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café
Lunar Lemonade
Minute Maid® Lemonade with Desert Pear Syrup served over ice

Disney is where I discovered my love for prickly pear—because somehow every drink I fall in love with has prickly pear syrup in it. This non-alcoholic beverage is the ultimate thirst-quencher on a hot Florida day: tangy, sweet, and perfectly tart. Plus, it has edible glitter, which makes it just as stunning as it is refreshing.
Hollywood Studios | Galaxy’s Edge | Milk Stand
Blue Milk
Plant-based blend of Coconut and Rice Milk with alluring fruity characteristics

This one might be a little controversial—if you love it, you really love it, and if you don’t… you definitely don’t. But I LOVE it. I prefer the blue milk over the green every time. It’s creamy, fruity, and just mildly sweet, with a slightly thick texture. I also love that it’s dairy-free, so my stomach stays happy all day. And on a hot day? It’s extra refreshing.
Epcot | Japan Pavilion | Garden House
Violet Sake
Violet-colored sake cocktail with desert pear syrup, lime juice and sake

I almost never leave EPCOT without grabbing at least one Violet Sake during my trip. If you love cocktails that basically taste like juice (same), you’ll be obsessed with this one. It’s sweet, fruity, and perfectly tart—so good. Truly the best alcoholic drink I’ve had at Disney Parks.
